Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data.
- Advise the Government on best practices for utilizing KM tools to enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents.
- Train system users, including IC partners, and provide user guides as needed.
- Integrate information with other databases as required.
- Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users’ access and ability to analyze information holdings.
- Employ specific tools for unique office needs, including interoperability with or ability to share information with other IC or state and local partners.
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest to enable collaboration, storage, search, and discovery of information; share lessons learned and best practices; and report and track metrics.
- Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve exchanges of information across systems, the Government, and private sectors.
- Maintain and update a customer-wide repository for instructions, Internal Process Documents (IPDs), and policy memorandum.
- Build data repositories for mission needs that automatically generate visualizations to support analysis, reporting, and briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum of BA/BS and 18 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with a Master’s degree, or 24 years of relevant experience with no degree.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies, including organizational studies, system design, work simplification, and measurement studies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including preparing operations and procedures manuals.
- Working knowledge of quality control/testing for web features and content display.
- Strong process-oriented organizational skills to maintain well-organized repositories and content pipelines.
- Demonstrated open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
Skills
- Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Content Management Systems: Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint.

$120,000 to $160,000 per year
