Senior Knowledge Manager

About the role

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Knowledge Manager to support the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Meade, MD. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces, conducts multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations, and delivers linguist support and advanced skills training in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes.
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, retrieval, formal production, and taskings.
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
• Perform administrative SharePoint duties, including development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with SharePoint users and ensure proper access controls are utilized for operational security management.
• Perform web application development duties involving software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
• Develop SharePoint and web solutions in support of the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of Knowledge Management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administrative duties.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Ability to maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly security clearance.

• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
