About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage the daily health of our global JD Edwards environment. This operations role serves as the primary contact for system integrity, working independently to solve complex issues while coordinating with international ERP teams to ensure EnterpriseOne 9.2 runs reliably.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for global users, managing JDE profile maintenance, security setup, and terminations. Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is advantageous.
- Monitor and manage standard JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration. Analyze health check reports and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively. Knowledge of Smart Scheduler is a plus.
- Track incidents in ServiceNow, analyze tickets to identify repetitive problems, and propose permanent fixes.
- Oversee interfaces to and from JD Edwards, review JDE and custom integrity reports, and guide users toward resolution while performing root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
- Monitor month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Troubleshoot and maintain JDE approval routes and delegations for Procurement. Experience with Version1 Approval Express is beneficial.
- Write clear troubleshooting manuals and training guides to enable end-user self-sufficiency.
- Contribute expertise to system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts, including knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business, or technical analyst role.
- Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows; familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
- Ability to gather system requirements, create specifications, and deliver solutions to improve system uptime and data integrity.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for learning with a high degree of self-awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical users.
- Ability to multitask and manage workflow under tight deadlines, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
