About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support highly scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with engineering teams, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders. Experience in wealth management, brokerage, or financial services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Java applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and React 19.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and distributed microservices architectures.
- Develop enterprise web applications using React 19, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, React Hooks, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate and leverage Devin AI for code generation, debugging, automated testing, code refactoring, documentation, and developer productivity.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Work with enterprise relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and secure coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on full-stack Java development experience.
- Strong expertise with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with React 19, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, React Hooks, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
- Hands-on experience using Devin AI for software development, including code generation, debugging, automated testing, code refactoring, documentation, and developer productivity.
- Proficiency in integrating AI tools into the software development lifecycle while following enterprise security, governance, and secure coding standards.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting wealth management, brokerage, or financial services applications.
- Experience working within Wells Fargo Advisors or Wealth & Investment Management (WIM).
- Knowledge of advisor workstations, client onboarding, portfolio management, trading platforms, or investment advisory systems.
- Experience implementing enterprise security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
- Experience working in highly regulated financial environments.
