Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We are working with a leading technology integrator that provides full life cycle services and solutions in technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise IT markets for the U.S. federal government. This company is renowned for its deep customer and domain knowledge, enabling the delivery of complex systems engineering and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Micro Service Architecture JEE software applications
• Utilize modern software engineering tools for design, development, and testing
• Present solutions at formal and informal design reviews, documenting according to government system lifecycle methodology
• Lead and mentor junior level developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field with 9+ years of technical experience
• Solid experience with backend systems using Spring Boot and Java Frameworks (e.g., Spring)
• UI development skills, specifically with Angular 19+ and React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with database operations (Oracle, Postgres), Hibernate, JMS, XML, JSON, SQL, JDBC
• Proficiency with Unix, Linux, and Kubernetes
• Experience provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems on AWS (or equivalent cloud providers)
