Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and support applications for the contact center.
• Partner with various stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with team, technical, and business partners.
• Proactively seek opportunities to optimize performance, maintain, and troubleshoot application components.
• Quickly resolve problems and provide timely follow-up.
• Create design documents and user stories to communicate coding and design details.
