Senior Java Developer

About the role

A Senior Full Stack Java Developer is needed to join a dynamic team focused on integrating data-driven solutions into business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with data specialists, application developers, and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Java-based APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, AWS, and streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Experience working with Angular.
• Experience with SQL, building stored procedures, functions, and data warehousing solutions.
• Exposure to Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Cognos, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience with ETL and Data Engineering tools like Mulesoft, StreamSets, and Databricks.
• Proactively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defect triage with the QA team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the US as a Java Developer.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in the US.
• Local to NYC area.

Qualifications

• Financial Services and Investment Banking domain experience.

Skills

• Strong experience in the data engineering space.
