Key Responsibilities Source and recruit top talent through networking, job boards, and creative outreach Match candidates with roles that fit their skills and goals Coach candidates through interviews and career decisions Partner with teammates to deliver exceptional client results Support offer negotiations and successful placements Requirements 6+ months of IT Technical Recruiting or 6+ months of technical sales experience Bachelors degree preferred What We’re Looking For Self-starter with grit, drive, and resilience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional, outgoing, and service-oriented mindset Comfortable with cold calling and outreach Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + industry-leading commissions First-year earning potential: $70,000–$90,000 USD Experienced recruiters: $90,000–$175,000+ USD Full benefits package Your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and consistency.
