About the role
Provide support for corporate standard technology products, including hardware and software planning. Organize and coordinate installation and deployment activities for upgrades. Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service and equipment problems. Interact with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures. Coordinate deployments and implementations with I.S. departments and user groups. Provide daily operational support for the Maryland Campus, including SMC, TechSpot, and walk-up services.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for corporate standard technology products, including hardware and software planning.
- Organize and coordinate installation and deployment activities for upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and restore routine technical service and equipment problems.
- Interact with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures.
- Cook up deployments and implementations with I.S. departments and user groups.
- Provide daily operational support for the Maryland Campus, including SMC, TechSpot, and walk-up services.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an IT support role.
- Experience providing operational leadership and support for day-to-day IT services.
- Infrastructure support and planning experience.
- Experience with walk-up tech bar support.
- Server and network support.
- A+ Certification.
