Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day IT for the German site yourself: end-user support, onboarding and offboarding, and hardware setup and lifecycle
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot the site network: switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls and connectivity back to the global environment
- Support physical access control for the German site, enterprise applications on Microsoft tenancy working with the US and China teams where systems overlap
- Administer Jira Service Management and addressing tickets for Germany to meet agreed service levels
- Maintain license and vendor inventory.
- Administer Entra ID and Microsoft 365 identities for Germany, in coordination with the US team
- Enforce conditional access, MFA and joiner/mover/leaver controls
- Run periodic user access reviews for German users and fix what they turn up
