Senior IT Sourcing Professional

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Sourcing Professional to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own complex sourcing activities across IT services, with a strong focus on RfI and RfP execution, contract negotiation, and supplier collaboration. You will partner closely with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to shape requirements, evaluate bids, and support sound award decisions. The position also plays a key role in ensuring compliance, quality control, and clear service expectations throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for complex RfI and RfP processes for IT services
• Negotiate, draft, and finalize IT contracts with providers independently
• Lead cross-functional, international RfP teams and ensure coordination of tasks
• Coach teams to define functional, technical, and commercial requirements clearly
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for statements of work and SLAs in RfX documents
• Drive bid evaluation, lead negotiations, and guide award decisions in collaboration with Procurement
• Identify and coordinate compliance topics throughout the sourcing and contract lifecycle

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Law, or equivalent
• Extensive professional experience in a senior IT sourcing role or similar position
• Proven expertise in managing complex IT RfPs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of IT sourcing processes, compliance issues, and SLA frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management and bid management
