About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee an enterprise IT portfolio of over 100 systems and technology investments
  • Lead the development and annual refresh of Organization Execution Plans (OEPs)
  • Establish governance and processes for OEP development across the portfolio
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to validate system requirements and funding needs
  • Develop and execute a rationalization strategy assessing mission value and alignment
  • Identify opportunities for system retention, consolidation, or modernization
  • Align rationalization findings with budget planning and resource decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in IT portfolio management or related field within the DoD or federal organization
  • Proven track record in managing large portfolios of IT systems and technology investments
  • Experience in IT portfolio rationalization and investment analysis
  • Knowledge of DoD and Army budgeting and resource planning processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Active Secret Clearance required

Pay

$130,000 – $175,000 annually
