Essential Duties
- Lead deployment and upgrade projects for IT and telephony systems.
- Mentor entry-level and intermediate specialists, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Analyze workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency and security.
- Cook up and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop strategies to optimize IT endpoint performance.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and support off-hours as needed.
Job Requirements
- Valid standard drivers license
- Must be proficient in IT operations with leadership experience.
- Education:
- High school diploma and a minimum of 7 years of IT support experience
- Associates degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in managing complex projects
