Senior IT Development Lead - Corporate Systems

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior IT Development Lead - Corporate Systems to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications
• Serve as a technical leader for application architecture and development best practices
• Drive development and maintenance of applications including coding and production support
• Establish project priorities, manage timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives
• Guide the adoption of DevOps practices such as CI/CD and automated testing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements for existing systems and new technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of software development experience, focusing on Microsoft technology stack
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Experience in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments
• Proficiency in supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
