Senior IT Development Lead

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior IT Development Lead to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
• Drive the development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities
• Establish priorities, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
• Guide the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex technical challenges, production incidents, and system issues
• Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
• 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
