Senior IT Controls Analyst (GR 31)

Job Summary

The IT Senior Control Analyst is responsible for leading, planning, and managing PACCAR's compliance activities essential to their Information Governance and Internal Controls program. This role involves services ranging from maintaining records and information policies to performing audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Guide PACCAR divisions on IT internal control and records management requirements.
• Maintain PACCAR's record retention schedule, ensuring compliance with global requirements.
• Stay informed about IT policies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Identify, obtain, and analyze information to understand IT and business processes.
• Execute independent and objective examinations of complex information systems and data.
• Perform ITGC and ITAC testing and document findings.
• Review and present audit workpapers to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
• Coordinate yearly record destruction.
• Support major information systems implementations by ensuring appropriate IT controls and records management are included in system design and implementation.
• Provide annual training to promote compliance.
• Develop processes to enhance, automate, and simplify records management for PACCAR divisions.
• Collaborate with and support internal and external auditors.

Qualifications

• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to analyze complex data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Four years' experience in IT, IT auditing, or SOX testing.
• Certificate of Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
• Detail-oriented and multitasking ability.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Additional skills in SharePoint, Tableau, Power Automate, or SQL preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for Business, Computer Science, or related fields.

Additional Information

PACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability. Salary range for the IT Senior Control Analyst is $104,100 - $162,900 annually. This role is eligible for a full range of benefits, including a holiday gift.
