Senior IT Business Partner

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Business Partner to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technology advisor to business leadership
• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap for the business unit
• Manage governance and value realization for technology demand
• Provide updates to the business on technology changes and capabilities
• Build strategic business cases and investment recommendations
• Apply a product-management mindset to roadmap planning and prioritization
• Lead AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years in IT business partnering, consulting, or technology strategy
• 5+ years collaborating with senior leaders and executives
• Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and business cases
