About the role

Purpose: The Senior Finance Business Partner provides strategic financial leadership and support to the healthcare system, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals. This role collaborates with senior management, clinical leaders, and administrative teams to drive financial performance and decision-making. The Senior Finance Business Partner oversees essential financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40

FLSA Status: Exempt

Working Environment/Equipment: Standard office equipment. Repetitive use of a keyboard. Requires occasional travel to local, state, and national meetings. May be exposed to occupational hazards including communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, hazardous medications, and disoriented or combative patients, or others.
