Senior IT Business Analyst (Multiple Positions)
About the role
Support technical solutions for Marketing and Sales Systems. Duties include serving as a liaison between business partners and application development team members to analyze, document and validate requirements; interpreting and documenting business partner needs into functional requirements; developing technical specifications and organizational processes aligned with defined project goals; reviewing application issues and challenges, informing IT's business partners of status and expected resolutions; tracking and managing new application requests, change requests, and open issues for supported business processes; ensuring that appropriate approvals and documentation for change control and problem management are retained; documenting business process flows and data flows; creating and executing test plans for small to mid-sized system changes; and, assisting business partners with test creation, execution, and reporting.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related technical field
- 3 years demonstrated proficiency in: a Business or Systems Analyst role, supporting technology solutions in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management environments in the health care industry; data integrity, reporting, and analytics for performance tracking; designing and executing user test cases; Java 17 or higher; Open Shift; and, CRM technology
- 2 years’ demonstrated proficiency creating automation through SQL scripts
- communicating technical information to non-technical users
Qualifications
Requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in relevant technologies.
