About the Role
Plan, prepare, and deliver individualized lessons based on each child's educational needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Conduct continuous assessments and maintain detailed student progress records.
- Prepare teaching materials and adapt learning resources for different developmental levels.
- Use evidence-based teaching methods and positive behavior support strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, attendance, and classroom records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and home support strategies.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Support classroom management while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Ensure confidentiality and safeguard the welfare of every child.
- Perform other educational and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Institute.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
