What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility, including global compensation and tax compliance
• Strong understanding of international assignment administration and mobility practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across functions, cultures, and organizational levels
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Job Details

Join Air Products as a Senior International Mobility Consultant and play a critical role in managing international assignments that support our global business strategy. This position is based at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where you will work closely with senior business leaders, HR partners, Finance, Tax, Payroll, and external service providers across multiple regions.

You'll support international assignments across the Americas and Europe regions, managing all assignment types and every stage of the assignee lifecycle. You'll also serve as a key contributor to global compensation and tax compliance programs that ensure our worldwide mobile workforce remains supported and compliant.
