About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager to manage multiple high-end residential projects from concept through installation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Principal and design team, demonstrating strong leadership, design, communication, organizational, and project management skills. You will oversee projects of varying size and complexity while working with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential interior design projects from concept through installation.
• Supervise and mentor design team members.
• Assist in the development of design concepts, furniture, lighting, color palettes, and material selections.
• Prepare and coordinate construction and design drawing sets.
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, proposals, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Manage procurement, order tracking, and installation schedules.
• Oversee project construction administration and installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Design Manager, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Refined design aesthetic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
