Senior Integrations Partner Manager
About the role
Vanta is a security platform that helps businesses prove their security practices. The Integrations Partner Manager role involves managing partnerships with vendors to facilitate integrations and long-term collaborations. Key responsibilities include owning the integration partner program, collaborating with product teams, and enabling technical partners to build on Vanta's APIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the integration partner program, including defining requirements, sourcing new partners, and fostering relationships.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand integration use cases and partner with vendors to unlock necessary access and technical support.
- Identify and encourage technical partners to build on Vanta's integration APIs, and manage them through the technical partner program.
- Create and measure goals around partner tiering, relationship development, ROI, and other customer-facing impacts.
- Manage contracting, access agreements, and procurement with partners, improving the process for predictable new partner engagement.
- Contribute to Vanta’s enablement and marketing motions, articulating the value of Vanta and its partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years owning and activating strategic technical partner portfolios within a fast-growing SaaS or platform ecosystem.
- Experience helping product development teams get unblocked and build great integrations.
- A consistent record of success in building and managing integration partnerships, with measurable ROI and defined partner tiers reflecting impact and performance.
- An outcome-focused, organized approach to partner management that simplifies stakeholder understanding of engagement.
- Experience operating between internal and external teams, collaborating with Product, Field, and Procurement/Legal teams on both sides.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about using AI to enhance work, with sound judgment in responsible AI application.

- General technical skills in the integrations domain, comfortable with concepts like APIs and schemas.
Skills
- Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort with engineering, design, field enablement, legal, and procurement topics.
- Some technical fluency.
