Senior Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Integrations Developer to work closely with BizOps, Finance, Quality, HR, and Engineering in building Avive’s system infrastructure while maintaining ongoing operations. You will report to the Head of Software and partner with Avive’s leaders to build towards operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms.
• Leverage tools like Celigo to create data flows and streamline cross-system processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance process efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption.
• Possess hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Celigo (or similar iPaaS tools).
• Identify and document business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance.
• Aid in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training.
