Senior Integrated Pest Management Coordinator

About the role

The Senior IPM Coordinator will report directly to the Cultivation Management Team and collaborate with the IPM team to consolidate scouting reports, spray schedules, chemical applications, and pest/disease trends within production houses. This role involves analyzing data to propose solutions, tracking raw materials, and ensuring state compliance for chemical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate daily scouting reports for midweek submission.
• Coordinate the distribution of biological controls across production areas.
• Communicate pest and disease pressures with compartment leads.
• Research new chemicals and application rates to optimize IPM strategies.
• Maintain accurate chemical logs in accordance with state compliance regulations.
• Work with the IPM Supervisor to refine chemistries and biological controls as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance of spraying and fogging equipment.
• Ensure a clean work environment in all assigned areas.
• Enforce proper use of protective equipment and safety protocols.
• Track raw material inventory and notify management when replenishment is necessary.
• Foster transparent communication with team members and direct reports.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a Level II Background Check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) or related field.
• Five years of experience in IPM or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in large-scale production environments.
• Preferred: Applicator’s license (must obtain within probationary period if not already held).
