Senior Integrated Pest Management Coordinator

This position will report directly to the Cultivation Management Team and will be responsible for meeting all the listed requirements. The Senior IPM Coordinator will work with the IMP team to consolidate scouting reports, spray schedules and chemical applications, as well as other pest and disease trends within production houses. This person will work closely to report all findings to cultivation managers to find solutions based on the data. Keep track of raw materials and inform management when replenishment is necessaryGather daily scouting reports due by midweek Coordinate the distribution of biological controls Communicate with all compartments leads on pest/disease pressures Research on new chemicals and application rates Oversee documentation of chemical log in accordance with state complianceWork with IPM Supervisor to improve and change chemistries and biologicals as neededEnsure spraying/fogging equipment is maintained Maintain a clean work environment in all respective areaEnsure that proper protective equipment is being used and safety is enforcedTransparent communication with all team members and direct reports Note: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
