About the role
The Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist position is remote to enhance Medtronic's competitive edge and expand cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role is part of the newly created ICT (Interventional Cardiology Therapies) business, spanning both established and emerging businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing execution for US customer programs, ensuring strong alignment to business objectives and downstream activation.
- Plan and execute promotional support for major US congresses and events, including coordination of messaging, channels, and timelines.
- Manage paid digital media initiatives, including planning, execution, optimization, and performance review.
- Oversee media placements and promotions with media vendors, partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, education, analytics, agencies, and creative partners to deliver integrated, high-quality programs.
- Ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution across both business initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables, managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Contribute to additional integrated marketing initiatives as needed based on evolving priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience (or 2 years with an advanced degree)
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing or downstream activation programs
- Hands-on experience with paid media planning, execution, and performance measurement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate effectively in both structured environments and ambiguous, fast-evolving business contexts
- Ability to influence without authority and build trusted relationships across teams
Qualifications
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
