About the role
As the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be part of the core team responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive brand growth, demand generation, and revenue impact across an assigned global Operating Unit. This role operates as a strategic marketing partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Strategy, owning end-to-end campaign planning and execution across global markets. You will translate business priorities into scalable marketing strategies and high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with go-to-market plans and commercial objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing leader for the global operating unit, you will work as part of a core global marketing team aligned to the OU, focusing on driving pipeline growth in your assigned region through collaboration with centralized MBC teams such as comms, analyst relations, events, content, creative, analytics, digital media, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated global marketing strategies and plans aligned to business and revenue objectives for the assigned Operating Unit(s).
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping go-to-market and demand generation approaches.
- Own campaign prioritization and planning across segments, industries, and geographies, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and growth opportunities.
- Own responsibility for marketing contribution to pipeline, demand generation targets, and campaign ROI.
- Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures to track performance and business impact, working with the Marketing Analytics team.
- Translate campaign and pipeline performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Drive the execution of campaigns and activities through collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams including marketing operations, digital, analytics, content, communications, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to lead go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Ensure strong governance of campaign processes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, processes, and tools.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing technologies, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Desired experience within the industry relevant to the Operating Unit.
- At least 8 years’ experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience leading integrated marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering global, multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Strong experience in strategic planning, campaign orchestration, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting data into strategic insights and business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, concurrent programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
