The Senior Integrated Marketing and Operations Manager role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to lead high-impact integrated marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and business outcomes. Accountabilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives while creating operational excellence across the growth organization.
- Act as a central coordinator between teams, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals and continuously improved through insights and automation.
- Lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing programs, including webinars, nurture campaigns, email initiatives, content syndication, and customer advocacy programs.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria in collaboration with marketing and operations stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Scale successful programs across different market segments, industries, and target audiences.
- Build repeatable processes, document learnings, and establish best practices to improve campaign efficiency.
- Partner with product marketing teams to support product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop launch plans, activation strategies, and coordinated execution across marketing and sales development teams.
- Serve as the operational hub connecting marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage campaign planning processes, dependencies, timelines, and execution alignment.
- Establish campaign briefs, reporting structures, and post-campaign analysis processes.
- Partner with operations teams to improve attribution, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate campaign execution, reporting, content processes, and team productivity.
Requirements
- Experienced marketing professional with strong campaign management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
- 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or strategic program management.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from planning through optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and competing priorities.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, funnel impact, and business results.
- Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive projects forward.
- Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies to improve marketing workflows is a plus.
