About the role

This role will drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with campaign managers based on audience insights and business objectives
  • Create detailed content recommendations for various formats and distribution channels tailored to target personas
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging content trends and new formats for competitive strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure consistent content implementation
  • Champion differentiated messaging and CTAs that resonate with customer needs across all funnel stages
  • Monitor campaign performance data and engagement metrics to provide insights for strategy refinement
  • Support operational excellence by collaborating on workflows, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Contribute to and maintain content playbooks documenting best practices and learnings

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy/creation, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven success designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and experimenting with new tools and ideas

Pay

$155,400 – $272,000 annually
