Responsibilities

• Handle liability, bodily injury or construction litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage matters independently

Requirements

• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing

Pay

$140,000+, depending on experience
