Senior Instructor, Informatica

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful 1:Many training experiences on Informatica products
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning moments
• Lead engaging, interactive training sessions
• Gather customer requirements to tailor training agendas
• Serve as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and guidance
• Absorb participant feedback to improve training experiences
• Assist participants with access to remote training environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve learning experiences

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, enablement, or education role
• Technical aptitude with enterprise systems or software products
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience delivering virtual/in-person learning using collaboration platforms
• Comfortable facilitating live demos and hands-on exercises
• Experience with RDBMS technologies and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field
