Senior Innovation Principal, Scale

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights and promote understanding of assigned domains through trend monitoring
• Quantify potential value from innovation opportunities and validate hypotheses
• Lead and advise project teams on design, execution, and pivots
• Design initiatives with user research and concept validation methodologies
• Translate new technologies and market trends into actionable insights
• Establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders in various settings
• Document insights and recommendations to guide future initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, or relevant domains
• Proven industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology
• Demonstrates superior expertise in subject matter and understanding of adjacent spaces
• Experience leading projects in corporate or consulting environments
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to drive results through complex initiatives
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, especially in simplifying complex concepts

Pay

$105,000 – $165,375 annually
