The Senior Innovation Leader position is seeking a visionary and hands-on professional to shape the future of financial technology. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining strategic innovation strategies across digital assets, stablecoins, alternative payment rails, and AI-driven payment solutions.
  • Providing insights on market evolution, emerging opportunities, and competitive positioning to leadership teams.
  • Identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases across payments, digital assets, and AI, building business cases supported by measurable ROI.
  • Translating innovation concepts into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
  • Driving AI adoption across payment innovation areas, including fraud prevention, automation, routing optimization, reconciliation, and forecasting.
  • Building and managing strategic partnerships with fintech companies, payment networks, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Representing the organization in external industry discussions and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across product, technology, and commercial teams to ensure innovation initiatives progress from concept through implementation.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on measurable business impact, customer value, and long-term strategic growth.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in payments, fintech, financial services technology, or innovation leadership roles.
  • A strong understanding of digital assets, alternative payment rails, AI applications, and B2B payment ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to define technology use cases, develop ROI-driven business cases, and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Experience integrating new payment capabilities into enterprise platforms and complex technology environments.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with external technology providers and industry organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate emerging technology trends into practical business opportunities.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments with multiple stakeholders.
