Senior Infrastructure Hardware Systems Engineer - Hybrid
Basic qualifications and clearance requirements for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.
About the Role
As an Infrastructure Hardware Systems Engineer for Surface Systems, you’ll be a member of an agile team responsible for delivering a robust, flexible, secure, and stable infrastructure for U.S. Navy surface ships. You will develop and configure common solutions to complex problems, test and troubleshoot in a lab environment, and create documentation to support a rigorous engineering process. You'll meet with your team daily to collaborate and problem-solve to ensure we meet our commitments to the U.S. Navy mission.
Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings, wiring schematics, parts lists, or rack layouts.
- Troubleshooting computing hardware issues in a lab or customer site.
- Developing schematics using Siemens Capital Logic Designer.

Workplace Options
This position is fully on-site or hybrid/flex with a minimum of 3 days/week in the office. While on-site, you will be part of the Pittsfield, MA team.
Pay
Target salary range: USD $112,924.00/Yr. - USD $125,275.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (e.g., geographic location). Actual pay may vary.
