About the role
Work Arrangement: This position is available as a hybrid position in our Wilmington, DE office.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise infrastructure spanning Windows Server, VMware virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Strengthen identity, security, and resiliency across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra through modern authentication technologies, infrastructure hardening, and disaster recovery planning.
- Advance automation through PowerShell and emerging technologies, and partner with development teams on DevOps practices that ensure reliable application delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting and improving enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong Windows Server expertise.
- Experience working across hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with modern identity and authentication technologies.
- A passion for automation, security, and continuous improvement.
