Senior Infrastructure Engineer - CMDB Discovery

What You’ll Do

• Lead Discovery & CMDB Integration: Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery to achieve comprehensive visibility of enterprise assets and applications.
• Drive Innovation: Pilot AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance CMDB governance and discovery processes.
• Solve Complex Challenges: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical production issues and ensure reliable system performance.
• Plan & Execute Enterprise Projects: Design and deliver major IT infrastructure initiatives, including new technologies and critical upgrades.
• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with IT teams and vendors to assess risks, resolve issues, and shape technical standards.
• Mentor & Elevate: Train and guide team members, sharing your expertise to build organizational capability.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in technical specialties and 3–4 years in hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of infrastructure design, cloud engineering, networking protocols (TCP/IP, ACCP), performance tuning, debugging, and enterprise IT platforms.
• Certifications: Relevant technical certifications or ability to attain within 9 months.
• Skills That Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams, and proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor others.
