Senior Informatica Engineer

About the Opportunity:The SENIOR INFORMATICA ENGINEER role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining the Informatica MDM SaaS platform within the Customer Domain Identity Platform team. This position is critical for solving complex technical challenges, guiding project development, and mentoring team members, thereby contributing significantly to the platform's evolution and the overall success of the organization's data management capabilities. Responsibilities:Design, build, and manage Informatica IDMC integrations and dataflows.Integrate Informatica solutions with the company’s ecosystem using API and event-based patterns.Coach team members on design patterns and software engineering best practices.Develop and maintain business-critical software using Java and Spring Boot.Apply and refine AI-assisted development techniques.Lead requirement analysis and breakdown following a Lean-centric SAFe framework.Contribute to team and organizational knowledge sharing. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Hands-on training or certification with Informatica MDM SaaS preferred.Minimum five years of experience developing Informatica MDM solutions including taskflow engineering, data integration, match-merge, and survivorship.Experience with continuous integration and delivery for Informatica configurations.Proven integration experience with Informatica MDM SaaS in low-latency, large-scale environments.Proficiency in Informatica scripting, modeling languages (XQuery, XPath), SQL/NoSQL, JSON, and related IDMC products.Skills in designing and documenting Informatica solutions.Experience with automated testing tools for Informatica products.Software development experience using Java, Spring, and GitHub.Familiarity with Jira for work management.Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary band 7 ranges from $99,600 to $166,600.Salary band 8 ranges from $115,000 to $192,900.Final salary determination is based on skills, experience, job scope, responsibility, and market value.
