Role Accountabilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex industrial wastewater treatment projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from studies and design through startup and commissioning.
• Develop innovative treatment solutions utilizing physical, chemical, biological, membrane, filtration, adsorption, disinfection, thermal evaporation, and crystallization technologies.
• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering, environmental, and construction teams to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers and designers while fostering professional growth across the team.
• Drive project success through effective planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimating, quality management, and risk mitigation.

• Deep expertise in industrial wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and system design.
• Proven track record of delivering complex industrial water projects for a diverse range of industrial clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, coupled with emotional intelligence for influencing project teams, mentoring developing engineers, and establishing trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary projects from concept through implementation, including technical design, project execution, capital and operations and maintenance cost estimating, scheduling, work planning, and quality management.
• Strategic thinker with understanding of client business objectives, industry trends, regulatory drivers, and emerging treatment technologies.
• Motivated by developing practical, sustainable solutions that create lasting value for clients.
• Committed to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in one or more states.
