Senior Implementation Engineer

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready workflow applications that integrate AI and enterprise logic solutions
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions, considering complexity and evolving business needs
• Develop intelligent automations for approvals, routing, and business rules management
• Connect enterprise systems using native connectors, ensuring smooth data flows
• Create AI-powered interfaces that automate decisions and guide users through processes
• Troubleshoot and optimize workflows, integrations, and performance issues
• Collaborate with architects and customers to refine solutions throughout implementation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing or building technical solutions for enterprise customers
• Strong systems thinking ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable workflows
• Experience with SaaS, workflow automation, integration, or low-code solutions in large enterprises
• Familiarity with JSON, data transformations, and system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing technical issues without clear solutions
• Comfortable learning new technologies and business domains quickly
• Experience in translating technical documentation into effective solutions

Compensation

$145,000 – $165,000 annually
