Senior Implementation Engineer

Overview Senior Implementation Engineer Location: Remote – US Work Model: Remote About The Role The Senior Implementation Engineer is responsible for implementing in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process. This position is responsible for helping to modify project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems, assess modifications needed, and determine the success of implementations after the project is complete. Here's What You'll Do Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspectiveImplement enterprise deployments, technical architecture for large scale projects with complex products and solutions that meet the customers’ needs for scalability, reliability, and performance across a range of industries.Design, implement, configure and customize solutions, integrations and add-ons to resolve complex functional and technical requirements using company products with minimal oversight.Compose and deliver requirements documentation and accurately estimate time to complete solution deploymentLead the demonstration of the configured solution or prototypes of the solution while maintaing stakeholder buy in and managing scope expectationsWork with project team to deliver quality solutions to our customers, providing new perspectives, encouraging innovative thinking and a willingness to share new ideas and approachesImplement performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis in more complex solutions and technologies. Communicate steps to resolution to both internal parties and all levels of customer managementDemonstrate competence in digital asset management and content services platform markets and the technical intricacies of the company's products and successfully apply that understanding and be innovative when developing requirements. Learn new products and solutions and become a subject matter expert in company content services platforms.Manage business, functional, and technical requirements elaboration and architectural design sessions with customers.
