The Senior IDIQ Technical Project/Program Manager supports the Deputy Program Manager in executing and overseeing a NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) facilities maintenance contract, located at Wallops Island Flight Facility (WFF) including Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order work. This position is responsible for the overall management of IDIQ task execution and compliance with applicable NASA Procedural Requirements (NPRs).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical IDIQ projects that support facilities operations, including maintenance management systems, project controls, reporting tools, and related technology.
- Work with WFF technical stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, interfaces, schedules, and responsibilities for projects involving facility systems and technology.
- Oversee technical project plans, dependencies, risks, testing, and implementation to minimize disruption to mission-critical operations.
- Support accurate data collection and reporting for maintenance performance, IDIQ task orders, costs
