Senior Manager, IAM Cloud

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager IAM Cloud to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the IAM program
• Oversee IAM strategy and daily operations across the organization
• Hands-on design of the IAM program and related solutions
• Manage and govern multiple IDP instances including integration and lifecycle management
• Direct the use of Infrastructure as Code for JIT access management
• Mentor and develop a team of 5-7 direct reports
• Collaborate with various teams to align IAM strategy with business goals
• Ensure IAM compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare audits

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management, with progressive leadership responsibility
• Proven people-management experience leading a team of 5+ within an IAM organization
• Deep knowledge of corporate, non-human, and customer identity management
• Hands-on experience administering multiple Identity Provider instances (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code for identity provisioning
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Pay

$186,000 – $202,000 annually
