Responsibilities

- Install and service high-efficiency HVAC systems in customers' homes. - Keep communication flowing with your team and dispatch. - Stay organized—clean truck, updated inventory, accurate paperwork. - Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent calls professionally. - Train regularly and keep your certifications up to date—we've got your back on this.

Requirements

- 2+ Years of HVAC Experience. - Safe Driving Record Required—no major violations in the past three years, such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions.

Pay & Schedule

- Hourly Rate: $27-$35 per hour. - Monthly Bonus & Incentives. - Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus. - 3 years of verifiable experience required. - $1,500 after 45 days. - $1,500 after 90 days. - $2,000 after reaching $50,000 in monthly revenue within the first 4 months.
