Senior HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers, including air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring
• Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution
• Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered

Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• A thorough understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and chillers
• Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of current health and safety regulations
• HVAC certification is preferred but not essential
