Senior HVAC Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience to join a reputable and growing HVAC organization. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work on commercial systems
• Complete equipment startups and commissioning activities
• Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF/VRV systems, heat pumps, chilled water systems, and VAV systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with startups and commissioning of commercial HVAC systems
• VRF/VRV certification preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

$60-70k annually DOE
