Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Clock in with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling
- Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs
- Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable
- Positive, can-do attitude
