Responsibilities

  • Assist with and supervise all aspects of Human Resources for specific departments, including recruitment, benefits, training, associate relations, coaching & counseling, safety & Worker’s Compensation, and risk prevention and legal compliance.
  • Drive/enforce the Omni culture through leading associate relations events, managing the Omni Service Champion (OSC) committee, developing associate communications, and modeling engaged leadership behavior.
  • Facilitate on-property trainings.
  • Lead or assist with investigations.
  • Ensure all office administration is handled in accordance with Omni standards, including salary reviews, new hires, position changes, exit interviews, worker compensation, terminations, Unemployment Insurance claims, hearing notices, Internal Audit requirements.
  • Lead Omni Associate engagement efforts in the market, including Say Goodnight To Hunger, charitable foundation efforts, and Omni Circle engagement.
  • Member of property Safety Committee.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Human Resources concentration preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels.
  • Five plus (5+) years prior Human Resources experience required.

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with human resources software are also beneficial.
