Senior Human Resources Generalist

Work is primarily achieved independently, but may involve collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support key HR programs that ensure a compliant and high-performing work environment
• Partner on strategic projects that address business challenges and enhance the employee experience
• Use workforce data to anticipate hiring needs and support smart, timely talent decisions
• Support a strong talent pipeline through effective recruiting, onboarding, and development processes
• Help implement meaningful total rewards strategies to attract, recognize, and retain talent
• Deliver engaging, compliant employee benefits communications that empower informed decisions
• Champion career growth through performance management and learning initiatives

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating HR programs and processes, from recruitment to performance management
• A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts and supporting employee engagement initiatives
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of related experience

Pay

$64,600 per year - $83,600 per year
