Senior Human Resources Generalist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $38.00 to $43.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Serve as a key resource for employee relations matters by providing guidance, resolving workplace issues, and supporting a positive work environment. Manage full cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee integration activities to support workforce needs. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, accommodations, and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain HR records, employee data, and HR systems while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. Partner with leadership and cross functional departments to support workforce planning, HR initiatives, training programs, and organizational objectives. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of progressive human resources experience with broad exposure to multiple HR disciplines. Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations practices, leave management, benefits administration, and recruiting processes. Previous experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications to manage employee data and reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex employee matters, and operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Qualifications Professional HR certification such as PHR or SPHR preferred. Prior experience within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally focused business environments. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience guiding HR staff and supporting management teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
