Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner
  • Align client groups with HR policies through coaching, counseling, performance management, and reporting
  • Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Partner with Nursing and Clinical leadership on workforce matters
  • Advises managers on HR best practices and organizational policies
  • Supports performance management processes and documentation across assigned client groups

Qualifications

  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
  • Experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
