Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner
- Align client groups with HR policies through coaching, counseling, performance management, and reporting
- Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with Nursing and Clinical leadership on workforce matters
- Advises managers on HR best practices and organizational policies
- Supports performance management processes and documentation across assigned client groups
Qualifications
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Experience in a healthcare setting required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
